The reason why coffee causes rheumatoid arthritis is unknown but what can be proven is that the chances of a person getting this type of arthritis disease are high if they consume a lot of coffee. Researchers believe that decaffeinated coffee has some ingredients that could be associated with the causes of rheumatoid arthritis. These ingredients are somehow removed when the coffee is filtered but the actual ingredient that is removed is yet to be discovered.
